- pretty good deal, and my son loves the bike. The front reflector fell off and broke on the second day of riding it. It otherwise is a great bike.
- Overall awesome bike. Bought for my 8 year old son. Wish we would have known it wasn’t put together beforehand (it came in a box) no big deal, unless you don’t have proper tools. He loves it!
- My experience has been wonderful. Toni, Supervisor, was awesome @pick up. I didn’t order my son’s x-mas gift assembled and Toni could see the worried look on my face. Teahria and Toni reassured me the bike would be assembled. I’ve received a call the next day for pick up. Team work & customer service is highly important in retail. Pick up dept work hard and as a team should be rewarded. Toni commitment to provide “awesome” service towards the customers should be a template for new hires & current employees. - Bought for our grandson and he just loves it. It is very sturdy built and should take the beating a 9 year old can give it.
- Ordered bmx bike for in-store pickup as my grandson’s Christmas present. At pickup, discovered bike was damaged. Were able to exchange for another model. Disappointed that the bike I ordered had to be replaced with a lesser quality product.

- this is an awesome bike! we adopt a family for Christmas every year, and this year, the only thing this boy asked for was a bmx bike…..of course i looked for Mongoose! it has stunt pegs on front and back..tangle free cables…very cool colors! doesn’t get any better than Mongoose Brawler!!
- There was no supervision or inspection of the item before during or after assembly. We received a damaged and non functional item. Bike was not assembled properly. There were tol marks all over the paint. One part that keeps the brake lines from tangling during tricks was put on upside down and bent so it would fit. We had to spend $47 at the bike shop and modify how the bike functions to get something my son could use.
