- This one replaces the one we had for over 18 years. Hoping this one lasts as long. Easy to adjust height, push and empty. Makes quick work of picking up leaves–so much easier than raking. Would love to have a bigger hopper so I wouldn’t have to empty out as often.
- I bought this bit of kit last fall to sweep up the leaves and pine cones on the lawn – trying to rake them up was too time communing and tiring! It has exceeded my expectations in that it sweeps up the pine needles as well. A great bit of kit. Hint – don’t use it when the grass is wet because it will be heavy to push and will get clogged up.
- I have used the sweeper for 1 season and am very happy with the results. I took a couple of passes for me to get the height set correctly but once that was done it worked well. It does work better if your yard is smooth and level which, unfortunately mine isn’t, but that isn’t the fault of the product. I would recommend this to a friend.
- Works best for leaf pickup on a flat smooth lawn. Does ok with grass clippings. Evenness of lawn surface dictates effectiveness.
- We bought this to clean leaves and debris from our backyard artificial grass putting green. It works well and picks up the leaves, twigs, and even the tiny eucalyptus tree seed pods. While it sweeps up those items well, unfortunately, it also throws some of them forward onto and beyond the green. Also, you have to be very careful of the height; it does not transition very well from the smooth putting surface and the longer artificial grass chipping area around the putting surface.
- We have a 35 year old magnolia tree that sheds leaves every time you look at it or threaten it with the chain saw. But the wife saves it. Leaves are large. Had a WORX Leaf Pro but wouldn’t pick up these leaves without a struggle!!! Sweeper does it!!!
- It works great but needs more adjustment for the brush height. It gets hard to push if the grass is too high. I going to file out more of one end of the adjustment slot to raise the brush higher and see if that makes it easier to push.
- I am 66 and item does not push very easy and is hard on my back. when it does push. The brushes get hung up if the terrain is uneven in your yard. Might be great for someone younger with a lot of energy. It tires me out to quickly. Wish now I had gotten one to pull behind my riding lawnmower.
- I bought this sweeper to pick up Oak leaves that are difficult to hand rake. At the mid to low range settings the brushes will not turn and sweeper can not be pushed. At the low to mid range settings the leaves fly everywhere except in to the catch bag. The palnuts are impossible to install. Wast of time & money.
