• I was worried this would be too big for me i’m (100 lbs) but it fits great and is comfortable, good quality, easily adjustable. I only wear it around the house to add weight for bone strengthing. May wear it out and about in winter when wearing a jacket. I like that i can adjust weights. The weights are a little hard to get stuffed into the pockets, but doable.
• I have carpal tunnel on my wrist which makes it hard to hold on to weights. Wearing this vest while doing squats and other exercises allows me to strength train and not hurt my wrist. I’ve also worn it while walking. Very effective and comfortable.
• At first my friend at the job had one. He let me borrow for a week with the 10 pounds in it. So I decided to get one. I did push ups sit ups and pull ups with it. So far works great. Im a sever at a restaurant so sometimes I wear it under my uniform. I tell you one thing taking it off after working a 8 hour shift of taking average of 15,000 steps you feel very light like you can dunk on a court at ease. Fits great sometimes the weights can press against your back and ribs but you just have to loosen it a little. Im 5’7 170 pounds average build black male. and its a perfect fit. My friend at the job is slim built 6’0 and it fits him perfectly also. Overall a great product and will eventually be getting a heavier one or heavier additional weights.
• This vest has become my lifeforce the past few weeks as I attempt to woop my butt into shape for Coachella 2017. Lemme tell you, this thing rocks. I’ll preface by saying that I’m already a pretty thin guy; I had already seen that a few reviews complained that this vest was a little too snug. This is because the weights are in fact slipped on the interior, rather than the exterior. For me, it has been absolutely no issue. I’m 5’9″, 150lbs. Do yourself a favor and add this weighted vest to your routine.
• Bought this for my wife. Only loaded 10-lbs to start. Fit was good, snugged up nicely, no complaints. The only pain was inserting the 1-lb weights into the individual sleeves. Very tight….worried about ripping the material but finally got them installed.
• It does not have adjustable straps for the shoulders so it doesn’t ever fit right unless your built like a football player. Not useful, I purchased it and wish I wouldn’t have. The weight would be great if the vest didn’t fall all the time. Really too big of a hassle.
