- Bought this cabinet to put my antique dishes in to display in my living room
- This is the second one we bought – good looks, not too bad for assembly “stress” but make sure you have help as some of the pieces can be difficult to handle by yourself. We also laid it out a little differently on a hard floor to enure it was squared off – you can also use a “T” or “L” square as we did. We also replaced the back piece (which was way too flimsy!) with a piece of thin board you can find at your local hardware or lumber store – the added thickness of the new, replacement wood adds stability to the sides. Worth the extra cost. Overall very nice and worth the price
- The good: – It fits a budget – It arrived early – I use it like a china cabinet not a bookcase The bad: – There was an overage of # 6 angle bracket – There was a shortage of #7 1/2 ‘ pan head – It wasn’t a new one. It seemed returned Overall, I got my money’s worth.
- I love this cabinet! It’s everything I thought it would be and more! It really does look like an heirloom piece, like it’s been in the family for generations! ! And the price is great too!
- Received this cabinet for Christmas. Love it. It’s very nice. Using it as a second curio. Just wish it had a light inside.
- Let’s just say this, don’t be deceived by the photos and description. This is a very poorly constructed and packaged item. The manufacturer might want to consult with Sauder on how to engineer a good quality product.
