I have mostly used a canister vacuum cleaner but after using this I’m hooked. The suction is much better and I love that it is bagless and you I have to worry about the bag getting full and changing it or having to constantly buy new bags. I love that I can take the canister off when using under furniture or reaching for higher areas. I really love that if has micro sensors that can change from the floor right onto the carpet and the extension cord is long enough that I don’t have to constantly plug it into different sockets.
I received this product about a month ago to try out. This vacuum is awesome! I love all of the features that it has. The attachments are awesome! I love the way it swivels. It fits places where most vacuums will not fit. The auction is awesome! I love that it detaches itself if you need to use it in other places. The LED lights are also another awesome feature! I just love this all around!
I recently got this beautiful vacuum and I can say I am very impressed. It comes with top notch FloorSense technology that automatically changes carpet setting to get all the dirt. Bag less and easy to move under the couch! This is ideal for our home of 7. Good job Hoover!
The first thing I noticed about the vacuum was the beautiful color but as I tried to take it out of the box, I noticed the weight. It is pretty heavy! Even when using it, you can definitely feel the weight. On the plus side, it is very powerful! We have 2-month-old, plush carpet and the canister was almost full after I vacuumed. The light is great to be able to see in dark corners where you are vacuuming. The steering is a bit tricky but I think it just takes getting used to. I definitely liked the option to have the floor sense technology on or off. It takes a bit to change the speed of the brush but it is definitely nice when you have hard floors and carpet. The removable canister is also a great option but heavy, especially when vacuuming stairs. Overall, I definitely liked this vacuum for its power and floor sense technology but I will keep it downstairs and will need another vacuum for the upstairs as it is too heavy to carry up and down stairs on a regular basis.
I received this for free. I own a shark which until this vacuum I loved. The day it arrived I had just got done vacuuming with my shark. So I instantly put the Hoover together and use it. I had to change the canister 3 times before my carpets were clean. I’ll forever use the Hoover and the shark is now sitting in the basement never to be used again. The pet attachment was quite amazing as well. The zero turn and ability to get under just about anything makes vacuuming much easier now.
I received this free for my honest review. I am a dyson girl, I have the v8 as well as the ball so I was excited to try this Hoover and see how it compared. The suction is great on the carpet and I love how it automatically switches from carpet to hardwood floors (my house is mainly hardwood with area rugs around). However, the vacuum does not move smoothly. It is bottom heavy and does get stuck in certain directions. It was quite the workout moving it around. I also noticed that the agitator still moves (albeit slowly) on the hardwood setting so it tends to kick around dirt and dust. I would say if you have mainly carpet and don’t have to go around lots of furniture this may be a great fit for you, however I will be sticking with my dyson and using this as an emergency back up.
