I bought the E40BT for my son’s 15th B-day, but within a week of purchase, the right side stopped working. After calling JBL, they replaced the defective unit almost immediately. For the short period of time it was used, we were impressed by the sound, looks, and size. JBL’s customer service was fantastic and honestly if it wasn’t because of them, I wouldn’t be writing this positive review. I would recommend this product.
I was not expecting the sound these headphones have to offer. Great low end as well. I love the functionality and overall design. My only issue is size of hear piece tends to be a bit small.. gets uncomfortable after wearing a while.
The left earpiece has lower volume than the right. I try a little adjustment and its back. Then suddenly becomes lower again. NEED HELP but overall.. The sound is better and less stress bcoz there’s no wires
Like everything else in Brazil, the products are more expensive than in the USA. At half the price I would buy the same product in the USA. It has a reasonable quality of sound, the bass is still weak, the treble with a little distortion when the volume of the music is too loud.
Tried many brands at various price points and this is the best sounding wireless headphones for this price and surpassing some of the higher priced headphones. Great balance in the sound. Thoroughly surprised with the quality of the sound. Haven’t had it for a long time so can’t really comment on the durability yet. Thinking of getting another pair to try out the share me feature.
I brought these at the begining of March and by the end of April the left side wasn’t working. I sent them in to be fixed with the warranty and they said it’ll take month. After a month still nothing the end of August where they come in and it turns out that they still werent fixed so i waited again till the end of October where i get them back completely working and a week later the exact same thing has happen where left side wasn’t working at all.
