- Very easy to assemble with good screwdriver, took about 30 minutes. Desk is remarkably sturdy, the right size for a bedroom. Large enough for a laptop computer, with room to spare. Adequate lower side storage area. Overall, very pleased with purchase.
- I was worried it would look cheap or not be big enough but it can fit my laptop and second screen. I wish it had a desk and think it could also sell for 30 instead of closer to 40 but overall it was easy to put together and a good size. Fine size for an adult working at home. Don’t look cheap at all. Seem durable for price.

- Sturdy, compact, easy to assemble. This “Basic Student Desk” is perfect for me, a Senior in my 70’s. Plenty of room for my laptop, mouse & pad, coffee cup, cell phone, pen & paper, appointment book and more! Two shelves on the side for address book, and folders. Lots of leg room under the desk. - Very compact and easy to put together. My 13 year old son put the desk together himself. He loves it.
- The cardboard box it came in had no instructions. It was hard to find any instructions online and the only step by step guide we could find online was done by some engineer who had you doing steps that were kind of backwards, making it dangerous to put together. You would think that it would come in a Mainstay box, but it was just in a cardboard box with no instructions. A waste of time and money!
