- It came in a tidy box with simple directions and all parts accounted for. Went together very easily and well-fitted. I would have liked to see another pair of legs in the middle plus a bar across the bottom of the headboard. That would have given me more confidence concerning durability.
- I have been looking at platform beds for over 2 years and finally settled on this one. First off this bed is so easy to put together, well under an hour using the allen wrench they supply with the bed. It holds up to a whopping 1200 pounds, compare that to other platform beds, which was a big selling point for me as well as the low price. I only wish that the head board was slightly wider and more solid, just a personal preference. The slats are tied together which makes spacing fool proof. It holds my 12″ foam mattress with no movement, I should have bought this years ago but I was really trying to find a wood platform bed and couldn’t find one that would meet my needs (cost and weight bearing capacity). It is also fairly easy to move on my floor which makes cleaning underneath a breeze. Truly is a great buy and no box spring needed.
- I brought this bedframe on October 13th 2016. I was a little skeptical to buy because I never built a bed before , however this bedframe took 10 minutes opening the box and getting familiar with the parts placing them according to the instructions and an additional 30 minutes to put together. Very sturdy. Not cheap feeling or too light at all. Bed bed I brought so far for cheap.
- Heavy gauge carefully painted metal, sturdy packaging, excellent engineering and well thought out assembly instructions made this a pleasant experience. Took less than an hour for a 67 yr old woman to assemble a full-size model, using nothing more than the supplied allen wrench. The instructions are thorough and intuitive. Couldn’t have been any easier.
