• It’s furniture from Walmart and no way can it be a 5. However, this cabinet is solid and looks exactly as pictured. I was worried it would arrive more red than rust colored. I was happy that it is exactly as pictured, rust color. There were quite a few pieces to put together, but the directions made it easy.
• Easy to build, not too heavy. Fun color. Everything I needed and wanted for my space.
• Box arrived damaged but the item was packed well. Took a while to put together. Looks great for the price. Exactly what we needed.
• The instructions were amazing step by step. The company put the hardware needed for each step in separate sealed cardboard/plastic compartments which made putting it together easy and idiot proof. Once together the cabinet has a great appearance and has made my new office homey and personal.

• The product is poor quality. The customer service of 10 spring street is non responsive. I received a procuct that did not have the holes lined up correctly between the left side and the top of the cabinet . I reached out to the manufacturer (as recommended); They recommended I disassemble and reassemble again. This is something I did more than once during the set up process. The dowels/drilled holes on one side just don’t line up properly causing a gap on the left side of the cabinet, basically ruining the entire cabinet. I’m ebarassed to have this in my dining room and I’m looking for a better quality replacement at this point. Overall, this was a waste of time and money.
