    • They don’t tell you which way to screw all of the black plastic things on (have 2 big wholes facing inside of wood pieces), they tell you to build around the fireplace unit but you should just build up from top to bottom while adding the unit, if you do it the way they ask you have very little room to screw in. The big warning sticker was place on top of the part were you put the tv on, I had to soak with wet soapy Towel and scrub it off. The base only says left or right but doesn’t designate the front or back. I assembled everything in my house by myself which is something I like to do, this was an evil unit to put together. It heats well and works well once it’s put together. The directions are stupid
    • This is a great piece. Putting it together was not great but the finsihed product is.
    • I only had minor issues with this product. It made a weird clicking sound whenever the fire was running, I ended up taking off the back and putting a piece of tin foil in to keep it from clicking. The next thing that I’m going to do is find an LED bulb to replace the one that’s in it to help reduce energy costs since it uses an incandescent bulb.I also left off the back panel so it could fit my receiver, and allow more ventilation for it
    • Does take a few hours to build. Turned out nice though
    • The instructions are so complicated that my husband had to try to put it together 3 times. Once the screws go in you can’t get them back out in order to change anything. Hes really good at constructing things. He wants to return it or throw it in the garbage. It’s a shame because the color is nice and I’m sure it looks good assembled.
