• Got this for my daughter after purchasing the dream on me Chloe crib from Amazon which was damaged and the company couldn’t help me get replacement parts. After throwing that out I got this Delta crib in dark chocolate. Very easy set-up, took about 30 minutes, sturdy crib, quality parts. Only thing is extension kits for toddler bed and guard rail aren’t included. Fast shipping via Walmart. Good customer service. Price matched when price of crib dropped after purchase.
• I just bought this crib at my local Walmart. It was really easy to put together and is beautiful.
• I bought this crib when it was a year old, four years ago. It stood through four children, about to be five. It needs to be refinished now, but its still as sturdy as ever. I would 100% recommend to anyone, its a great crib.
• The bed was easy to put together – even by yourself! Wish that the labels would not be on the outside of the crib as hard to remove & removed some of the finish. Not a “heavy” crib, but still sturdy.
• Originally I bought the Brookside crib because it was one of the only ones available for pickup at my local store the next day (we had exhausted our other sleep options for our son and needed something quickly), but now I’m so glad I bought it for many more reasons! Firstly, it was a cinch to put together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Second, the crib is versatile. It doesn’t have a tall back side, like many cribs do these days, which probably goes best next to the wall. Although the Brookside crib has sort of wavy sides, both long sides are the same and the crib looks great any which way you put it. Which leads me to my next point, one that has no effect on functionality whatsoever,but should still be mentioned: it’s so dang cute. 🙂 The sleigh design has grown on me and I like it immensely now. Number four is without a doubt the most important reason I like the Brookside crib so much. It’s perfect for short people! I’m 5′ tall and had a lot of difficulty getting my 6 year old daughter in and out of her crib when she was a baby (it was one of those tall backed ones that goes against the wall). This crib sits low to the floor and is easily reachable for me while still having high enough sides to keep my son safe. Bottom line: I love the Brookside crib! I highly recommend it and would buy it again. I feel very lucky I stumbled upon it so readily available!
• Our box came without screws so we haven’t been able to set it up yet. The crib and mattress came within two weeks, but Delta told us it would take over a month for the screws to get here. This is absolutely unacceptable.
