- I’ve had 2 of these in my living room for a month now and they are working out exactly as I had hoped. I feel like they add a lot of elegance for the price. Home stores in my area do not have anything similar but are charging 3X as much for other paper lamps. Since the entire column illuminates it is important to get the right bulbs. I found that “natural spectrum” LED bulbs provided a warmer light more suitable for my living room than the “white light” bulbs that I first tried.
- Easy to assemble and perfect effect for a dark corner. Clean lines, elegant look.
- It is exactly like the photo, though in reality it is smarter, more elegant and sort of spiritual. It works three places in our house but has been commandeered by my husband for his side of the bed. He can read easily by it and there is NO glare to irritate his glaucoma. What a wonderful blessing!
- One lamp fit together perfectly, but the other one had two poles that wouldn’t connect. The end of one pole had a connector that was clearly too small to thread into the next pole. I was able to make the lamp work with some duct tape and reinforcing stints. The lamp looks great, but who wants to use duct tape on a new product??? So I give one lamp 5 stars and the defective lamp no stars.
