This is our second frame we have purchased. Great price. The company also has good customer service. We had an issue with images not showing up as they appeared on our PC (they were turned on their side and upside down). Customer service rep directed me to their website to a free software to resolve this issue. Took less than 5 minutes. We plan on buying 2 more to give as Christmas gifts this year.
I got this for my grand daughter. She spends hours looking at pictures from everyone’s phones so this is perfect for her room! She loves it!
Shipping was on time and arrived in good condition. So far the digital frame is working great. The frame has a very small digital storage but I have put in an 8 gb SD card. I recommend getting a SD card immediately. I loaded probably over 800 photos (most are jpeg files) which has only taken up a small portion of the SD card space. I can load MANY more photos if I want (The file size of your photos it will depend on how many you can save to the SD card). As for the digital frame, it doesn’t come with a remote (one can be ordered for a price). This was not a deal breaker for me. This will be a gift for my mother and she would not use a remote anyway. I will be setting it on a 1 or 5 minute slideshow setting so each picture will display for awhile. It does allow for about 5 time settings and a few different slideshow screen transition settings. A good digital frame if you want a good basic one.
Easy to load pictures on a flash drive to view on frame but slightly disappointed you can change the orientation of the photos on the frame.
I got couple of them for my parents and in laws and they liked it. But the deliver time disappointed us. it is almost 3 days late from given date.
Bought this for my Mom’s Birthday. She does not do the computer or phone thing and printing pictures for Her was costly. Now I just send Her a flash drive of pic’s … She plugs it in … “and on with the show” … It’s the best gift I’ve ever got Her … (Her quote) …
I love this digital frame. I had other ones that were complicated but this one I plugged in, inserted my usb and all the pictures came up. This is better than hanging a bunch of pictures and then having to dust them.
Great digital frame, I didn’t bother with the settings because I want this turned on 24/7.
The Digital Picture Frame works well and is good for the price. The picture frame stand could be a little more robust. It would be nice if the unit had a random display mode
I really like the frame. It was exactly what I expected. It was exactly how it appeared online.
It does not show Hi Res pictures. I had to shrink them down to 100×100 and then only a few pictures actually worked. I am returning it for a refund.
