• This is a horrible product. We have not even been able to use the product once nor have we been able to get in touch with customer service. When we try to steam anyting all the product does is beep as if the water reservoir is empty. I do not suggest you buy this product. We will be returning this product to the store and purchasing a different brand. If it was possible to Ray this product less than one I would.
