I have been using this product for years, my doctor recommended it since I have a poor appetite. I like it and have told friends about it.. I rate it five stars.
Have a boost first thing in the morning. helps me with supplements needed after surgery. Satisfied with the results so have continue with a boost in the morning. If I don’t finish the whole bottle, then will have one at my lunch.
I bought these because I am on a diet. I was tired of starving myself knowing I wasn’t getting all the vitamins I needed. I drink three of these a day. I don’t drink my first one until about 2pm and to my surprise it is great hunger control as well! I drink my other about 6pm. I tend to want a midnight snack so that’s when I have my last one. They taste good but not great to where you will want more than you need which is perfect for someone with a food addiction. I love not having other options. Sure I will have a banana once and a while or canned or frozen veg but THAT’S IT! If you are planning on dieting on this I would recommend cutting out food slowly first, let your stomach shrink down so that when you get to just boost you will have less craving for solid foods. Trust me , you don’t want to screw up on boost because they are expensive so make sure you are ready.

I’ve been trying to find one that has a good amount of protein and fiber, that doesn’t have a huge amount of fats. So i end up drinking this and another one that has high fiber, cause their both low in fats. I know they have a complete one, however it’s loaded with fat, not sure why they can make two separate low fat drinks, protein and fiber, yet one with both is loaded with fat.
My husband drinks this 2 times daily to help build him back up after surgery and it seems to be helping him. Walmart has the best price and they deliver it right to the door. Can’t get any better .
