- I live on 10 acres and needed something to view the wooded perimeter of the property. These are compact so that means not full sized and that was what I was looking for. These are fast, easy to use and work just fine for what I needed. I can check my rain gauge that is 20′ away and can see my tree line pretty clear that is 300′ away. If you are looking for something to see birds at long distance this is not it, get a spotters scope or stronger binoculars. If you are looking for a good pair of everyday binoculars to check on your property or watch squalls, these are it for the price you can’t go wrong…

- These binoculars are not meant for bird watching. I ordered the 8×42 ones and they work much better. These were not strong enough.
