- A very good set of knives. Could be a bit heavier for large roast etc. But for the money, they are worth it.
- This knife set is pretty good quality. I haven’t seen any rust from them getting wet. The serrated steak knives are very sharp along with the others. I wouldn’t say the steel is extra strong since the go dull after a few uses but on the flip side this makes them easy to sharpen to the point of being razor sharp.
- I bought this set because of the price and reviews that I read. I was not disappointed. These knives are pretty nice and totally suit my needs. I find myself buying fresh fruit and bulk packages of meat because I can cut them easier. I totally recommend these knives.
- Only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is because of the class of knifes that it is in. Other than that they fit my hand well, were surprisingly sharp and cut very well. Easy to get out also easy to clean. Got ’em for a good price and shipped to store very fast.

- I’ve had the pleasure of trying the Chicago Cutlery Knife Set 15 piece block set. I love this set of knives, the variety allows me to have every different type of knife I would need in my kitchen. The blades are made of stainless steel with handles contoured for the users comfort. The wood block is perfect for storing and protecting my knives at the same time. The set includes a 7 inch Santoku, 8 inch bread knife, 5 inch Partoku, 4.75 inch utility knife, 4.5 inch fruit knife, 3.5 inch Paring knife, 3 inch Peeler, (six) 4.5 inch steak knifes, a set of Shears and a Wood Storage block. The back of the box has a very nice diagram that explains the use for each knife. I have had the opportunity to use all of the different knives included in this set and am very happy with their performance. The knives are all very sharp. The perform exactly as expected and wash well. I would recommend this product to my family and friends. It would make a wonderful and thoughtful housewarming gift.
- 1st day the handle on 2 of the knives broke. They are sharp but without a handle that doesn’t really matter. The plastic is cheap even though it looks like wood it’s not its cheap plastic
