- I purchased this for my husband who has Alzheimers. It is so helpful in getting him out of the chair and on his feet. Great color (charcoal) and wonderful chenille covering.
- Delivery was early which was good. The wires were pinched together so wouldn’t work at first. We came to town a couple of days later and my husband had to fix it. Also the color was suppose to be charcoal which is grey but it was more blue. My mother is in a nursing home and we left for winter. We had to fix it cause we left. Need phone numbers on orders. Couldn’t return or anything due to leaving and no phone numbers. Made due with what happened.

- I ordered this recliner for my mother who just got home from the hospital after heart surgery. It helps her to get up/down from this chair. Great price and very soft fabric.
- I purchased this chair for my mother who has a hard time getting up, and I must say that I am impressed the price was great and the sound is not loud while moving. She really likes it, and the cloth material is soft. The only down side is that the drivers won’t at least bring it inside your home, this could have been stolen, because I was further away when they sent the message it was delivered.
- I ordered the Coaster Power Lift Recliner for my 87 year old aunt. The “lift” part of the chair works slowly but does lift up making it easy for her to get out of the chair. However, the “recliner” part of the chair is a big joke. The back of the chair does not go back at all and the footrest only lifts up about 12 inches from the floor. The footrest in no way lifts up level with the seat. If you look at the second photo that is shown on the description of the chair on the sales page, this is what the recliner looks like when it is totally reclined and shows the height of the footrest when it is reclined. I contacted the manufacturer and they wanted us to package the chair in the original box (which was torn apart to get the chair out) and return the chair to them so they could analyze the problem. I asked them over and over if the footrest was supposed to raise high enough to be level with the seat of the chair and if the back was supposed to recline back from a “straight up” position – and they would never answer that question. This chair is cheap in price – but it is cheaply made also. It’s a case of “you get what you pay for”.
