the instructions indicate that there is a power surge for less than 1 second at 5000w but the rest of the time it’s 2500w which was not what we needed. was looking for something larger to run an oxygen machine full time while traveling.
I’ve owned several cobra products in the past and they have always been excellent. This was recommended by a friend, so I decided to try a cobra power inverter. So far it has been excellent!
Works fine . sometimes it fails to start my electric chainsaw. Pull the trigger the second time and away it goes. Works flawlessly after over coming the occasional starting problem. Look forward to using it for a long time.

The only issue I have is the alarm sounding at 11.6volts under high load. My fully charged aux batteries voltage output reads 12.3 until a 1300 Watt load is applied and pops right back up when the load is disconnected. But the alarm sounds while load is applied, I’d like to disable it… I have a very short run of 2ga wire with a 200A breaker between batteries and inverter.
We needed it for in the farm for the fridge an ligtning and mobike phone. It all work very good. Will buy more in the future.
Z this inverter is one of the best I have ever tried this is the only reason I am reading it because I’ve tried many others and they do not hold up as much or as well as this one has it comes with 3 part 1 USB port it’s the best runs the microwave the TV the VCR the DVD player the toaster all in my truck
this is my second unit (brother “accidentally” ran over the first. Powered my 13amp dewalt saw zaw cut down many many trees with a 14″ blade. threw me around many times. also used it for an electric camp stove! also a great price
Have to pay $ 61.60 for cable are no include , and you cant return the product to wal-mart store , you need 2 packets cable not 1 , is total $ 240 for the product
