This is our third Cuisenart grind & brew in seven years. All have made excellent coffee! Love the fact the beans are ground just before brewing. But all three have had to be replaced because the grinder basket that holds the beans eventually cannot be removed to clean the bean residue. That happened on Day 2 of the newest machine. My husband nor myself can remove it without fear of breaking it. Will have to return. So sad I have to find a new brand because the coffee is superb!
Comes in handy for one cup once or twice a day. A lot of cleaning for more often. Makes a nice strong cup of coffee.
Not exactly what my husband and I thought , we bought it for someone as a gift and we actually ended up deciding it wasn’t the best product we bought another one from Bed Bath&Beyond . The gift was never given to needless to say my heart s and ended up with a better coffee machine for himself .
The perfect anniversary gift! My wife is a person that starts every day with coffee. when she has to leave early in the morning, even going out to breakfast we would stop for coffee. A Keurig single cup maker was out of the question. We have at least a 1/2 dozen different flavored coffee beans in the freezer. I looked at reviews on Amazon and most of the grips were about how difficult it is to clean. Those that complain obviously never had the 10 cup grind and brew. A great cup of coffee from freshly ground beans is worth a little clean up. Remove the soiled parts, dump the grounds and rinse them off, that should make washing easier at a more convenient time. My wife’s 12 once tumbler fits well. She’s pleased with the with a small appliance for our 35th anniversary! Walmart has the best price and was delivered on time. It was packaged well enough to prevent damage from anything less than careful handling.
This works great when you want a quick cup of coffee whether it’s a small cup or a 16 oz travel mug. It’s fast, easy, tastes great and costs so much less than coffee pods. It’s not good for making multiple single servings one after the other, but if you just need 1 serving, this can’t be beat.
Not happy with because I can’t use K-cup coffee cup.Poor design,shouldn’t have to clean after every use?which make it time consuming.a little out dated compaired to other makers.
