reviews
- The unit is working great so far .
- This product is working great for me. I love it.
- Needed to replace my 11 yr old wine cooler and found they’re now made with thermoelectric tech. (NO compressor for the smaller size units). So was thrilled to find this one. Despite the temp. dial in an awkward place –it is much quieter than my original, course its one third the size! Hope it lasts as well. . . .
- Very quiet, can get into the 30’s. Only thing that I don’t like is the shelf configuration. Bottles have to be loaded horazontally on the middle shelf. Hard to see what is behind the first bottle.
- I have only had it a couple weeks and it works great so far. It is being used for water, pop, and mostly beer. Though it is a “wine cooler” if you keep the setting at or slightly below maximum it is perfect for keeping your beverages cold. It has lower/warmer settings for wine, but won’t bother with those. It is nice and compact. I plan on installing it within a desk/cabinet built in. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is the “Danby” sticker on the front (logo center top of fridge) was just slapped on there and is noticeably crooked. Plan on taking a heat gun to it and just tearing it off. They lost out on extended advertising.
- l8 bottles of wine. perfect for small spaces. and it is very quiet! The price was right. Delivery to store was a day earlier. I recommend this highly. If space is of a premium, place this under a table….nice looking, does the trick!!!!!
- this is my second Danby wine cooler. Had the first one about 10 years. This one is good but you cannot raise the temperature above 57 degrees. Red wine should not be stored below 57 degrees and not above 65.
- I was looking for a wine fridge that would accommodate different wine bottle sizes. This one does that. However, I read reviews on this product that said it rattles. That doesn’t even describe the sound that comes from this fridge. I liked the individual cooling temperatures, but nothing makes up for the LOUD noise when the compressor kicks on. Seriously…it’s very loud. Startling loud! I would not recommend this product.
