- I am really excited to tell you about this Delta bed frame you can purchase at Walmart that is Star Wars the force awakens. My son is absolutely in love with his Star Wars bed. It was put together but some of the holes weren’t lined up completely which made it a little difficult to put together. But all in all the bed turned out really nice and of course he loves it the bed is made from a metal frame and the headboard is made from plastic but there are stickers that you put on the headboard and footboard to make his Star Wars theme. - This bed fits great into my sons room which isn’t very big. The directions are very clear and pretty easy to put together. A couple of the holes on the support bars didn’t match up so we will have to use a power drill so try to get the screws in. Other than that, the assembly is pretty simple.
- My boys love Star Wars especially my 7 year old son so as soon as I seen this bed I thought of him. I just knew he would love sleeping on a star wars bed plus he was in desperate need of a new bed. The bed he was sleeping on is made of Faux Leather which is peeling ect and there is thin wooden boards for the platform to hold the mattress on which all broke within a couple weeks of getting the bed so we have been in desperate need of something sturdier since. This star Wars bed is perfect as it is adorable and really sturdy and durable. It does of course need to be assembled when you get it but assembly was very easy it took my husband about 20 minutes if that and the directions were very easy to follow. The head board and foot board along with the middle legs are all made of a very thick and durable plastic so I am certain this will hold up nicely and the rest of the legs and mattress support are all nice durable metal. What I really loved about this bed is there is also a thick canvas fabric cloth that goes over the metal mattress support bars for added durability. I wish they would have thought of that with our last bed it probably would have lasted a lot longer than it did. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the Star Wars graphics (which I have attached a picture of them) are made out of stickers. I wish they were something a little more durable like vinyl because in this house stickers are an open invitation to be ripped off for my 4 boys so I am not sure how long this will be a “Star Wars” bed but the bed itself is very well made and durable and I do believe it will hold up nicely and last a while. The twin mattress also fit right on this perfectly and you will not need a box spring for this bed. I think any Star Wars fan young or old will love this bed!
- My five year old daughter was still sleeping in a toddler bed, with only inches to spare. She is tall for her age and we realized that we were going to need to upgrade her, very soon. We were so excited, when we received the opportunity to review this bed. I told her that I had a surprise coming, in the mail, for her. She was so excited when it came, but the box doesn’t really show what it is, so she didn’t really know. My husband took the box, to our living room, and started putting it together. I was surprised how easy it was, for him. He said the instructions were very easy, and clear, to understand. It took him ten minutes, tops, to put together. It was easy for the both of us to lift, upstairs, to her room. And it went through the door space, just fine. The bed itself, is surprisingly sturdy and of good quality. I am only disappointed that I am not able to lay on it, with her, since it has a 200 pound limit and together, we are a bit over that. I am sure it would be fine, though. It looks great in her room and she is a huge Star Wars fan. I think it looks great, together, with her Star Wars AND Princess posters and bedding. One of our stickers was ripped, but you can’t tell, once the stickers were on the bed. You can use this with or without the stickers, but why would you not want the Star Wars stickers on the bed?? 🙂 🙂 My only complaint, besides not being able to lie down with her, is the middle bar, that goes down to the floor. I constantly budge my toe on it, when I walk in to her room, to give her a kiss goodnight. But, I am sure, once I am used to it, that I won’t do that any longer. This is a great bed, sturdy, well made and she is so happy with it. It looks great, in her room! She has tons of room, to grow in to it.
