• seems to work very well on my laminate flooring. The hand held brush augments the system and picks up cat hair off our furniture. it works for us
• This vacuum works great because it can be used for many jobs throughout your home. I love that I can detach the lower parts of the vacuum and use it as a hand vac on my stairs, furniture, car, etc. It also has different attachments that can be used for dusting sealing fans,vents, air ducts, and more. Another great feature is the dusting pads can be washed and reused. I don’t have to buy bags because it’s bagless so that cuts down cost. It is on the heavy side though so if your expecting a light vacuum this isn’t it. I fully recommend this product because it’s multipurpose and works great on multi areas of your home.

• i am 80 years old and am unable to reach the window or door moldins and cannot reach the fan blades. this one makes it so easy to do the job, iI am quite impressed on how much specs of dirt that my regular vacuum missed and this 360 reach unit picked up after using the other vacuum. i own your stick vacuum model 083450 thats at least 12 years old and still kicking. the new one is taking its place. thanks for helping me keep my house clean. ken
• I got this as a gift on a daytime show and didn’t expect much from it. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. I am able to use this in many ways around the house. I have 3 other vacuums which don’t get use anymore. It’s more than a year later and the suction is the same as the first time I used it. The filter washes easily and there is no need to spend money on accessories. All in all, I am very happy with this vacuum.
• Wife bought this brand new to use on our stairs.. worked well first two times using it but third use it started let off electrical odor and shut off… motor burned up on the third use… will never buy a dirt devil again..
