I placed the order, received the delivery via Fed Ex without absolutely any issues, and within 15 minutes of opening the product, it was setup and ready for use! The setup was extremely easy and the chair, well all I can say is just spectacular!!

- I was worried about the color and most of all, the quality of this chair. The color is true to the picture and the quality is as promised. This chair is a bargain because we checked store after store to find high priced products that weren’t near the quality of this Walmart chair…..go figure.

- Just what I needed for watching TV and for an affordable price too. The vibrator motor is a bit loud when watching TV but not enough to spoil the deal! Easy to assemble and good looks as well.
- Bought this as Christmas gift for my daughter’s caregiver. Got delivered when they said. Works like a charm. She LOVES it! Only thing that would improve it is if it came with a timer that made it come upright at a certain time to wake you up . . . LOL!
- I bought this recliner for my husband for christmas he is 5′ 9 and weighs 240 pounds his feet hang over the foot rest but he can rest the back of his head with no problem . The material is of good quality and a bit darker than on the picture but I like it . We like that it rocks back and forth and the massagers are an extra perk but are also very loud so that’s a minus . Very easy to assemble but I thought they could have done a better design on how they come together as one ( sliding brackets are short will come off easily if lifted from the back ) If you have kids like me be careful and I only say this because this is like a new toy for them they are curious and they want to explore . Over all we like it and are enjoying it.
- I am very unhappy with this recliner. it is so firm that it feels you are sitting on a hard chair. it does not feel like a recliner. I thought I would be able to relax and heal from my multiple surgeries, but I purchased the wrong recliner. I wish I had known. not to blame Walmart,but this brand “dorel” does not seem to be well constructed.
