This hand vacuum does a great job on my carpeted stairs. I purchased it so I could stop struggling with the Dyson on the stairs since I’m older and have balance and other medical issues. It’s a little heavy to use but that’s because it’s a good-quality vacuum and not one of those little hand vacs from yesteryear.
Help me solved the tracking and delay problem.
This item was bought for a family member out of state. But, the one I have had for about 2 years now, works great and we really like it.
I love that this vacuum has a long cord. I have outlets on my patio so this vacuum came in very handy for vacuuming my outdoor furniture. Great suction, I could see the dirt/dust fill the filter as I vacuumed. This vacuum will be used just for the patio furniture and will be a great help in the up keep of my patio furniture. I love the free shipping and prompt delivery, thank you Walmart.
Tried once so far. Good suction on hose and front. Nice long cord. Note the hose stretches so it’s longer than it looks. Attachments from my standing vacuum fit on this, (it’s a eureka too). Nice and worth the price.
This is my second Eureka Easy Clean Hand Vac. The first purchased 2 years ago and I wore it out. Instead of waiting for my local appliance dealer to stock it, I broke down and purchased it directly from Eureka due to my eagerness and need to use this appliance. It is quite a powerful tool using both rotating brush action for level and vertical purposes and the great suction action with the crevice tool. I have 2 sets of stairs with one having carpeting on both level and vertical covering. I use this every week and sometimes in between. It helps to keep the rotating brushes free of debris building up after each use.
This is a powerful, fantastic machine. After using two other brands, this Eureka one exceeds them all by a mile.
i purchased this vac in May, bought it just to use on the stairs so i wouldn’t have to fight with my big vac on the stairs. I’ve used it about 10 times max, and the brushes stopped working, i checked it over, nothing was restricting the rollers, everything was clean, i called customer service, they said “it’s probably the belt broken” and of course that is not included in the warranty, the young lady told me to remove the 4 screws, and check the belt, well, my husband removed 7 of the 8 screws the 8th screw was unreachable, so i emailed the company, they assigned me a case # i called the technical support and the the girl there told me, “oh no, that style does not come apart” then she had to get approval to replace the vac, my approval was approved, and they will be sending me a new one, i have to remove the silver tag and send the tag back to them, they are replacing it with the same model, which doesn’t make much sense to me, I’m not sure if i want this same undependable model, but since they are sending it to me, they won’t refund my money, when i asked why on earth would you make a model that won’t come apart to change the belt, the young lady explained, the belt is too small for the customer to change, so that’s why, it must be the size of an elastic band the way i’m thinking, whatever
