- I bougth month aago for a baby born, the AC Adapter for the glider do not work, how I can get a new one. very disappointed.
- I received this glider as a gift at my baby shower. My son absolutely loved it from the day that we brought him home. It worked great until last night when all of a sudden the swing started going abnormally fast (almost dangerously fast). It started going super fast and then would come to a halting stop. We really loved this product and now we are unable to use it at all.
- Receive as a gift. Loved how compact it was compared to other products. After a month the only speed it has is high and the vibrations are so loud I can’t sleep. I have zero confidence in this product lasting until my child is done with it. I definitely feel that if it survives this child it won’t make it to the next.

- great product only thing that has happened is that it ran great for four months. But now it’s on high speed no matter what speed it’s set at. so our baby goes from 0–mach. speed all the time.just wish i could do something about it.
- The features are wonderful and my son loves it, but after a few months, the motor is wearing out. It starts up very slow and lags out when swinging. Lately, the motor will randomly start making a loud and fast clicking sound, like the motor got stuck and is trying to catch up. It does this for a couple of seconds and shuts off. It doesn’t seem safe. It’s real really sad, as my son was a always happy in soother.
