We always buy products that are made in the U.S.A. we put in a brick patio so of course the flying insects decided to come inside while we worked outside. We set this bug zapper up and it took care of all the unwanted guest. Save the box so you can store it away during the winter months. We luv it. : )

A good choice for our Yard, works well at a height of around 8ft. Usual comments to make with this device are the power cord is way too short to be useable. I have replace the standard cord which while it may well invalidate any warranty, needs to be done so the product is capable of being placed in a proper location without the need for excessively long extension cords which can become a trip hazard. Overall satisfied with my purchase.
We tried three other units by other manufacturers. This is one is the best for us. Our lot is not even 1/4 acre so maybe that is part of the effectiveness. We are pleased.
I turn it on when it starts getting dark and it gets to work immediately. At first I was so squeamish about the almost constant crackling sounds emanating from the back deck where I had placed it—- so I moved myself to the front room and forgot about it. There is no clean up the next day—- those bugs get totally annihilated it seems. Just a few traces of wings and legs on the rail where the Flowtron had been—-they disappear with a gentle blow. Mostly I wanted it for those disgusting stink bugs that have been driving me nuts for the past 3 Falls. So far very few of them are getting in the house this time around so I would consider it a success. I wish that zapping sound could be eliminated, but the easy clean up makes up for that. So I purchased another one for the front porch.
I was surprised in the sheer number of bugs it kills. It has reduced but not eliminated the mosquito population
It’s perfect. Built really well, Made in USA and zaps the bugs effectively. Finally managed to eat my dinner on the porch. Wish I bought this at the beginning of the summer!
this thing is awesome I am glad I bought two of them because when one gets full of dead bugs on the high voltage grid I just plug in the other one and when its cooled off I spray it with water hose and presto it is clean again. these zap so much it seems like they never stop working, fire pit is about 50ft away and as soon as I put this thing into use I did not need bug spray anymore, wish I would have bought this years ago!!
Doesn’t work. Bought two, one for front and back yard. Light is very bright so it helps you see all the bugs and mosquitoes flying all around it. But it only zaps about one bug an hour. TERRIBLE bug zapper. Great back yard light, though. Seems to make it easier for the mosquitoes to find you and bite you.
