- My fiance loves this. His old one broke and from the manufacturer it was gonna cost a lot in time and money. But this one…no hassle! And he got it in plenty of time before his monthly bike ride! Well done, Walmart!
- I was a little confused that is allows you to touch your real screen. Just comes with a stick on piece of plastic. Other than that…no protective glass. I haven’t had it that long but wanted to say I don’t see anything wrong with this item and easy to install. Time will tell. lol. Giving 4 star due to no accidents at this time. Only have had it for about 4 wks.

- I like the fact that it is not only shock proof, but dirt proof and water proof, up to 6 ft. I want to make sure I protect my investment of my phone, since they aren’t cheap.
- Only draw back is since the case is so tight, a little harder pressure is required and the back button is obscured.
- The Otterbox Lifeproof Case works great for me. It is shockproof and waterproof. I loved the waterproof test which helps in learning how to assemble the case properly. If the case is NOT put together properly you will experience an echo while talking and water leaks.
- The case looks and feels nice but whoever you are talking to constantly asks you to repeat what you just said because they can’t hear you. I tried reinstalling the case several times following the directions exactly each time. I tried lifeproofs fix as they call it each time with no improvement. Their fix is to blow into the mic as hard as you can to equalize the pressure. I honestly believe that the fix is nothing more than a way to delay the return of the product. If you go to the lifeproof website for a warranty claim, you will find that none of the cases for the s4 are listed and you have to call them. Its pretty lame. If I were you, I would keep looking because this case is a waste of your money and your time.
