• Purchased Gotham square pan months ago, the pan looks new. Have purchase the 10 piece set and have had no problems with it. I accidentally turn the burner on under a empty pot, it did get very hot before I noticed my mistake. I let it cool down to room temp slowly. The pan is fine it did not discolor or hurt the pan in anyway. I will purchase more in the future I am sure it will make a great house warming gift.
• My mom gave me a set for Christmas. I love them so much I saved up for the whole set. They are the easiest cleanup I have ever had in my 50+ years!
• Cookware is great. Easy cleanup. The only minor downside is the point where the handle fastens to the pan. Those rivet heads stick a bit of food.
• I did research and read reviews due to so many new “copper” products. Gotham Steel is amazing. I have used metal utensils on it. I have put it through the dish washer and it still has not had any food stick! I am really impressed that it tells you to NEVER use any non-stick sprays. I have already gotten the Gotham Steel square pan and am saving up to get the bakeware.
• PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING. I purchased these pans around Christmas and performed well for about a month. Shortly after started noticing food was beginning to stick with everything I cooked. Called the company and apparently now I am cooking incorrectly. Pan should be off/cold before adding food. Raise temperature after adding food? Life Time Warranty applies only if you send them the pan plus 9.95 S/H. Corporate phone # 800-423-4248. WALMART SHOULD STOP SELLING THIS PRODUCT!!
