    • easy to install AND holds up to various weights of pressure
    • It grips well but not good on tiles with grout lines. Only for a tub or flat finish surface
    • It’s great. Just be sure to check that it’s secure after you attach it. Sometimes losses it’s grip
    • This portable safety grab bar is a wonderful idea. The problem with it is the suction pads are too big and not spaced to fit on 4 inch ceramic tile or tub edges less than 4 inches. The bar is unsafe unless both suction pads are firmly in place which cannot happen on curved surfaces or across grout joints.
    • Bought this as a second handle for our tub. It’s working fine so far. A physical therapist who came to the house said she was leery of these holding, but we’ve had no problems. My husband unfastens and refastens it once a week to be sure it’s secure.
    • Bought this at our local Walmart after I was in a bad car accident. Because it can lose suction after awhile, I always tell anyone interested in getting one to ALWAYS FIRST give it a tug before you use it for support to ensure it won’t come away from bathroom tile. But it has been a God send for me even years later as I now have developed severe auto immune arthritis and need it to guide me in and out of the shower.
    • When I first installed the bar, it held firmly. When I checked ten minutes later it came right off. I would also add that if the instruction sheet were published on the website, I would guess that most readers would not purchase the item, given all the warnings. I’ve since purchased metal hand holds and gotten out the screwdriver.
