• Works great took about 10 minutes to set up and put in window. Settings are easy to use. You can use remote or the panel on the account itself

• I’ve had this AC for over five years, running on high in Texas heat for at least eight months out of the year, from early morning to late at night, and it’s been one of the best air conditioners I’ve ever owned.
• I do like the follow me feature of the remote. However, this unit doesn’t really blow cold air. It blows “cool” air below the ambient temp. It does dehumidify the room ok. Would I recommend it? Not really.
• Cooling a 8×21 Carolina room with no problem on low setting. Very quiet on the low setting. Good price.
• I use this AC in my spare bedroom and it works great. It will cool the 470 square foot room down to 62 degrees from 79 degrees in less than 30 min. My sister said the remote works great. The noise level is low and comparable to most small window units. If I needed another window unit I would definitely buy this model again.
