- I couldn’t believe the price. It has metal guards and is quiet. This is a great looking inexpensive fan. It is easy to assemble and looks way better than the all plastic fans. While it is not the most robust in it’s wind strength …it is adequate for me….thanks Walmart for a great value.
- I ordered this stand fan five days ago and it came this afternoon. I think that the assembly could have been a lot easier that is why I gave this product four stars. The height is adjustable and that is really useful. Also the oscillation motor and the fan motor are really quiet. The speeds ok, but could be faster. In closing I think that this stand fan is a good one for it’s price.
- This is a nicely made fan,sturdy and well built. the only downside is that it does not blow air very fast. high is like medium, medium is like low, and low is like super low. other than that is is worth the price.
- Love this little fan. Very pretty, not cheap looking. Quiet. Beats the pants off a $40 Lasko 5-speed I just bought and took back. I paid $17.44 for this fan in the store. Great buy.
- I purchased a couple of these to replace others we had that eventually broke down. They are very sturdy, easy to assemble, and an excellent value as they’re under $18 each! I am very satisfied with them and I’m purchasing another one as we need a 3rd one for the home!
- I bought one in black to try it out. I liked it so much I bought a white one on a later date. They are well made, easy to assemble, quiet and they put out a lot of air. It’s easy to adjust the height and easy to angle up or down. They are fan-tastic fans and I got them for a little under $18 each! A great price! I am very pleased!
- The Mainstays 16″ stand fan seems to put out a decent amount of air. I needed a low priced stand fan to replace an all metal Holmes fan I had for fourteen years. I honestly don’t expect this new one to last that long and was worried about buying an off brand fan, however this fan really surprised me by it’s decent build quality for the price, air movement, and it’s fairly quiet. I deducted one star because the blade set could be better balanced. One of the features that is a plus is the plug has an easy to replace fuse unlike some manufacturers whom mold them into the plug making them useless should the fuse blow prematurely.
