Overall this is a nice sturdy product. It is in our covered back patio area so I’m not sure on it withstanding the elements if outside. Really everything is quite nice. The issues we’ve had is that when we opened the box one of the seat backs was bent so bad that we called the company to get a new one sent. Not a problem. They immediately shipped a replacement. It does take a while to assemble until you get in a rhythm. You definitely need two people. Knowing the one seat was bent, we set aside the other pieces and I quickly discovered we were completely missing an arm and base support. Another seat back also had a tear in it. So a couple more calls and they again immediately shipped the replacement parts with no question. So if you can get one with all the pieces intact or already assembled from the store, you’re all set. Again, it’s a good product. The quality control on Polyware’s part is what could stand to be re-visited.
