Beautiful set for a great price! Looks so nice on my patio!
My order came very quickly and I opened up as soon as I got it. All the parts were in perfect condition and marked. Directions and parts were easy to follow. I put it together myself but would of helped to have another person to help hold some of the parts that screw together. Overall it was very easy and I’m so glad I chose this set, the colors are just so pretty
The 4 piece conversation set is very nice, and appears relatively durable for outdoor use, but mine was missing several of the bolts and washers for the loveseat and table. Walmart.com referred me to the manufacturer, Mainstay, but they do not have a phone number or chat/customer service line to speak with anyone. And, Lowe’s nor Home Depot sell the type of bolts needed. So, I have 2 of the chairs assembled and currently searching for the right size bolts for the rest. Once it is all assembled, I will be very happy. Cushions are a beautiful turquoise blue and the 2 lumbar and 2 square pillows are very nice. A little frustrated with the packaging error, but I still recommend as the furniture is very nice.
We are very pleased with this patio set. It is sturdy and the cushions are beautiful and well constructed. The pillows are an added bonus. It was easy to assemble. Be sure to follow the instructions and NOT tighten the screws until you have all of them in place. I would recommend this set to anyone wanting something nice looking and we’ll built.
I am a 59 Year old woman and put this together by myself….no problems whatsoever! Just followed the easy directions exactly and it’s both sturdy & beautiful! I LOVE MY NEW Patio Set!
This patio set came today… took my husband 3-4 hours to put it together… he said it was easy. It is beautiful… better than the picture. The table looks smaller in the picture than what it is in real life. The base of the chairs and love seat are very sturdy. The cushions are very comfortable.
The patio set is very nice, color is great! Some of the holes were hard to line up to put together, but if you use a little muscle they go in. Living it so far.
First of all, this was delivered to the store for pickup almost a week late, without a reasonable explanation. Then, after hours of assembly, my husband noticed that there was a bracket missing from the loveseat & I found a rust stain on the front of one of the cushions. I tried to email customer service, but instead, the only option is to live chat with people (UGH – language barriers – NOT helpful!) to try to get this resolved. I was told that we had to dissemble the entire set & repackage it for pickup – that a replacement cushion and the missing bracket could not be sent separately as they are part of a set. ???!!!! So, basically, the consumer is being inconvenienced and punished for a poor packing/inspection job of the product. All I need is a cushion and a metal bracket!!!
