- My husband wanted crushed ice in his glass when he had something to drink. Our fridge doesn’t provide that so…I found this little machine and got it for him for a Christmas present. He loves it. He loves it.
- We were looking for a small ice crusher to replace one we had that wore out and this just fits the bill! Easy to use and easy to store.
- Shaves ice great but the setting for bigger shaves as well, hoped it would do small cubes like in some restaurant ice machines.
- The product does a good job of crushing ice. I was a little worried about the plastic gears, but so far, no problems. The power switch is turned on/off by turning the lid. As to the lid, it is a little difficult to remove because the raised portion you grab to remove it needs a redesign. Almost impossible to remove it with wet hands. A different power switch, and modification of the lid would have allowed a 5 star rating.

- unit has the plastic ice unit scraping on the blade and leaves the plastic in ice and we found this when we had left the ice melt one time. We feel we can’t trust the unit.
