• The ice crusher blades. It has all the buttons I use a blender for. Also has a food processor attachment. This a replacement for the one my husband got me for Christmas the first year they came out. That was many, many years ago.

• I like the blender, but it is made of shiny plastic, not metal . It is powerful and simple, just like the blenders of old. The jar is a heavy duty glass which is nice. This blender also has a food processor attachment. The food processor has a plastic jar, but it works well. The best part about this blender is Oster makes special purpose blades that pop right in. I bought a milkshake blade from WalMart.com and it really is much better for making milkshakes.
• I didn’t use it yet, that’s why I give 4 stars but the red color it’s beautiful and it is like the one my aunt used to have.
• I bought this to replace a old well used beehive blender that was just plain wore out. I use this daily for almost a year now and could not be happier. Great blender.
• I purchased the blender with the food chopper about a week and a half ago and used it once for maybe 15 seconds on pulse and the whole time it smelled like it was burning plastic . After the use , it would not turn on at all . So I returned it ( or exchanged) and got the same exact model thinking maybe I just had a defective unit . Well , apparently that is not the case . This one has the same “burning” smell and barely made a milkshake . I can’t imagine if I tried making something where I needed to “crush” ice . Beyond disappointed ! Will be returning this and not getting another Oster
