• I bought this for my patio but am using it as a desk chair right now. I have back issues and the bungee is great – It supports without sagging, yet still allows enough “give” so that your spine doesn’t compress. You definitely need a pillow for the small of your back, as there isn’t one, but it’s very comfortable for extended sitting. Also, the combination of sturdy handles and the bungee gives you a nice lift, making it easy to stand up from the seated position. I agree with others that it is heavy, so I can’t imagine carrying it very far unless you are a big guy who lifts weights. But for my purposes and if you carry it just a short distance, it should be fine. Nicely made, very sturdy, and a really good price. Great buy!
• I just purchased the chair, so durability is yet to be determined. It is the most comfortable chair I have found. The bungee cord suspension is marvelous. It seems to be very well made — it is very sturdy. The tall back is great. The chair can be carried without the bag via a shoulder strap. Unlike most bag chairs, the bag for this one is large, and it is easy to extract and insert the chair. I also like the Velcro strap that holds the chair securely folded when carrying without the bag. When it is folded, in or out of the bag, it is larger than the average chair due to the high back. Also, it is somewhat heavier than the average chair, consistent with its robust construction.
• Ive had this chair for over a year now and I have to say this it the sturdiest folding chair I have ever had. It has arms which allow you to push off of to get out, a large diameter cup holder that just fits one of the ozark beer koozies, a shoulder strap riveted to the frame, and is strong enough to handle a 6’6″ 310lb man on a daily basis. I use this chair when I go to the beach, and when im at home I use it on the screened in porch, and when I play video games with friends. Well worth the price. I will be buying more for when I have friends over.
