- Great value for the price. Main container is glass. Lid and handle are plastic. Handle is heavy and appears to be well attached. It works well. I had to learn to adjust the measurements to my taste. 2 Tbs. per 4 oz. is too strong for me even though I like strong coffee. When coffee presses speak of a cup, they are referring to a 4 oz. cup. So the whole pot holds 32 oz. of water. Filling it half full gives me two mugs of coffee. Filter keeps the grounds out of my cup.
- The flavor of the coffee is great. It only holds 1 mug. I use coffee beans, took a couple trys before I got the flavor I wanted. Easy to clean. Little more work than a regular 1 cup coffee maker.
- This is okay, but it’s not a Bodum.
- A perfect little French Press for making one or two coffees.
- Needed to replace my french press, the glass broke. Found this one online and liked the price and the color. Seems to work well. Serves the purpose.
- So far, so good. I’ve only used this French press three times, but it works fine. I like the fact that is is glass, not plastic. The red color is very attractive too.
- Although aesthetically pleasing, the screen in this french press does not do a good job of filtering the coffee grinds. Wish I went with a higher quality product.
