- I ordered this as a new product off of Walmart’s website. It came from a third party not Walmart. When I received it it was refurbished. Walmart would not make good on the fact that it was misrepresented. It was not listed as refurbished. The third party would take it back if I returned it(paying shipping costs and then since shipping was free they would deduct $20.00 to pay for the shipping on their end….not a good deal. I have ordered from Walmart and they have always been good about bringing back items to the store . Just beware when it is marked as third party….you are at the mercy of the other company’s return policy. The third party did end up giving me a $5.00 rebate. The scooter is ok.
