- I had bought this blender for my mom for her birthday. I wanted to get her a ninja but she had her eye on this blender and she loves it. The smoothies came out great the blender is kinda loud but its OK. This blender is just as good as a very expensive blender and does the same thing
- My new blender was delivered to my door fast and in perfect condition. I tried a different brand of blender last time and won’t make the same mistake twice. So happy to be able to whip up a smoothie in no time. Happy with this attractive low priced blender from Hamilton Beach.
- Using this to make smoothies and works well. I like that the jar is glass, not plastic
- I bought this blender because it has a glass container and advertised pulsing to remove ice chunks. It works as far as its easy to clean and will crush ice. For smoothies, I still have some pieces of ice that have to be chewed. The only real negative that would keep this from being an excellent is the cover on the blender is hard to remove & I’m always a little afraid I might drop it when trying to get it off. Overall it’s a good blender and hopefully the blades will remain sharp.
- Works perfectly for all my “cream of” soups. I bought it in red and it’s beautiful. Easy to clean.
- Not certain how it works. I bought this for my sister who lives in Texas. I live in NC. I bought it through wal.mart.com and had ship to her local wal-mart there. I trust the name and I read the description before selecting it.
- I like how one reviewer said “i still have chunks of ice in my smoothie I need to chew” then gave it 4 stars. I made a kale smoothie with this blender and it was AWFUL at chopping things up properly, after ten minutes of waiting, and watching my kale, spinach, banana, multi-berry shake spin around and around and looking at the chunks of un-chopped pieces in this glass blender spin, I stopped, took a sip, and there were chunks of kale un-cut in my “smoothie” I put it on for another 5 minutes and it worked a little better. My old 5 year Oster blender takes 5 minutes tops to do a much better job than this. This blender is pathetic and I’ll return it promptly.
