• I got this as a gift for my wife for mothers day and we love it. this vacuum works great on hard floors. it takes alot of time of are day from vauuming for us, We both would recommend this product to anyone that would as us about a vacuum
• I received my Quest for Christmas. It gets used quite a bit. I am now in need of replacements parts…the side brush and a roller. They are NO WHERE to be found. I can’t find them on the Hoover website or any other website or store for that matter. I am disappointed that after paying this much for a vacuum, I am unable to continue using it.. I can’t in good conscience recommend this product to anyone when I only got 3 months use from it and am now unable to get what I need to keep it running.
• I have been using mine for a while and It works very well!!Its very easy to use,just charge it and let it go and do its thing.It picks up pretty well,I emptied it and did notice it picked up dirt and pet hair as well.It sometimes has a little problem picking up lets say a small piece of paper and it does take a while to get the whole room but I would say this is perfect for in between deep cleanings of your home.Its also just very fun to just watch.I was very impressed and highly recommend this vacuum.
• I honestly thought I’d have to get used to this little vacuum, but I have no idea how I went without for so long! It saves me so much time and now I no longer have to do the dreaded vacuuming. I have a decent sized house, and I just let this little robot vacuum go in different rooms throughout the day, and it picks up pretty much all dirt on the ground. I just recommend picking up the big stuff beforehand.
• Overall a nice little vacuum. I only use it on our hardwood floors and it does a nice job picking up and making the floors look great. Its a little louder than I would like it to be and it does seem to get stuck occasionally but happy with it.
• We got this as a Christmas gift and have not tried to use it until now. My wife assumed that it had a minimal charge on the battery and ran it for a short time. When we went to charge it we could not get it to charge. No lights came on and it appeared that nothing happened. Now it also does not run. The switch is in the on position, so we can not figure out why it won’t accept a charge and won’t run. Please contact us to see if some part is defective or if we are not doing something right. Our adult son and daughter also each received the same model and theirs seem to be working okay.
