- I’m a sucker for cute, so I was thrilled to get the b0bipet in the mail with its “birth certificate” and to open up and find the shining gleaming scarlet vacuum. So far it has performed well, vacuuming up everything in sight. I was also surprised with its ability to navigate over non-smooth surfaces, it’s almost (kinda) like a little 4wd vehicle. It has some power to it, so I have been careful to use the block they give you so the b0bipet doesn’t knock over my table with my altar, etc. I live in a small place with no carpet, so I don’t have experience with how it cleans on carpet. I’m not sure my small space requires a robotic vacuum to be honest, seeing it turn in circles finding the next place to vacuum I realized it might be quicker for me to just sweep. But it does work well!
- There are a lot of robotic vacuums to choose from and this one seems to be a good spot between price and functionality. I can’t see myself spending more than $400 on a vacuum, even at $300 it’s a bit much. But the ease of mind is worth it. There’s a bit of a setup but once that’s done there’s not a whole lot to complain about. The vacuum stays in it’s own section and I can easily block it off with the included block “fence”. I would have preferred a programmed mapping of the floor plan but I think that may be too much for such an affordable vacuum. There aren’t too many bells and whistles though and for that I just leave it at a 4 star.
- I really like the red color, helps it pop and stand out when moving around the apartment. It cleans good enough but there are some specks that are left behind. I don’t quite regret purchasing it but if I had a chance to redo it I may have chosen a different brand. I don’t like having to use my own batteries for the block and the remote. I would have much preferred rechargeable batteries built in. There’s also quite a bit of setup and reading that needs to be done before getting started, but I guess that’s to be expected.
- Had it for couple months now. It works good, the only downside is it gets stuck on the rug where there are black colors and stops working so you have to restart it manually or with the remote. Cannot leave the vacuum unattended when its on the rug, other than that, the vacuum is good.
- I am literally thrilled to be a bObi Pet owner. I was dying to get a robotic vacuum and was super mad when the Roomba wouldn’t ship to my house becuase of the battery issue. Never had that problem with bObi pet! I am so excited to start using it and know my husband will love that we have this new tool! Yay!
- Do not buy. had trouble after first use. Always a problem Code showing up. I had to take it back. Do not buy save your money and buy something more reputable.
