- I felt I just had to leave a review after this past weekend’s experience with Bounty paper towels. I made homemade potato chips for the first time on SuperBowl Sunday. In total, I used about six russet potatoes that I ran through my mandolin. After soaking the slices, I wrapped them in small batches in Bounty paper towels. I never had to replace the towels despite using them to wrap about a dozen batches of potato slices. I then fried each batch in oil and placed them on a paper towel that was suspended over a mixing bowl. I was able to use the same Bounty paper towel for all the batches, despite the fact that the potato slices were dripping in oil. The towel absorbed batch after batch of oil without tearing. Needless to say, I will continue to use Bounty paper towels for their durability and value. Thank you for a well-made product.
- We use the ‘Select-a-Size’ exclusively for all types of household chores. We won’t use anything else! I would like to see a new variation of ‘Select-a-Size’ – a 5.5″ wide roll versus the standard 11″ width – this could be a separate product or an additional perforation along the length of the roll.
- We use these Bounty paper towels to make homemade wipes. Which my family loves in the bathroom. 2 Tbs. Baby Oil, 2 Tbs. Baby Shampoo, 2 Cups of water. Cut the roll in half, remove the paper tube, place roll in a seal-able container poor liquid over the roll. Bounty is the only paper towel that holds up to soaking in liquid for a long period of time.
- I made a mistake and cheated on Bounty. I tried Viva and it was awful. Bounty does not leave lint on your hands or surfaces. It also absorbs much more than Viva and any other paper towel for that matter. I will never cheat again!
- I love the select a size because sometimes you don’t need a whole paper towel. I always feel like I’m wasting them. Plus, they seem to last longer.

- When they get wet, the ink in these paper towels bleeds all over our hands, counter tops, whatever they touch. We are totally surprised as we have used Bounty for many years and have never had a problem like this.
