This multifaceted Bissell vacuum cleaner comes with 1-2/7 gallon water tank capacity, bagless technology, and user friendly push-button controls. When set in deep cleaning mode, the Big Green vacuum carpet cleaners integrated heater heats up tap water to nearly 25 degrees more for better performance. This effective home cleaning system features an 8 ft hose, and a 3 stage filtration system.

- I just got my Bissell Big Green Complete and I am amazed how well it did!! The onboard heater squirted out the cleaning solution really hot. The extraction was awesome!! The suction had so much power it was sucking itself to the carpet! I knew it was pulling a lot of the solution up as I made the drying pass. After I was done, the carpet was slightly damp and it dried out very quickly. Clean up of the nozzle, wand, hose, and collection tank was very easy! I just filled up the sink and dunked it in and it flushed everything out well. The collection tank disassembled very easily, and it was very quick to take apart, rinse and dry with a towel. 5 stars on prep, use, and clean up! I also loved the variety of vacuum tools that came with it! They are really well made, and easy to see the use of each one. The onboard caddy is another plus!! I think I made an awesome investment in the Big Green, and like how it works. Bissell, you keep amazing me on your products, and I see myself as a lifelong customer!!
- I had my Bissell machine for 6 years and used it every other day since I had two cats. It’s an amazing machine since it has the water filtration. I knew once it was vacuumed up, it was gone for good. Unless it was something I didn’t intend on vacuuming. Very easy to get whatever priceless object was in the tank. No messy bags, no mountains of dust I would have to re-vacuum. I now live overseas and had to leave my machine there. I cried, but am now looking to buy another. It’s worth it’s weight in gold! I did buy a separate hose one for wet, one for dry since it takes a while for the water to dry out. Also, some parts I bought double since they are all plastic.
- I have the Little Big Green also. Both of the products are a must in my house. When I steam clean carpets they come out looking professionally done. Takes out stains and dirt that have been there for years. Hard wood floors look very nice when done also. Try it – you’ll love it and never change steam cleaners!
- I’ve had this model since Christmas 1990 and still use it today. I’m sure it has many hundreds of hours of operation on it, and have to make occasional repairs to hose connections, but we’re talking 25 years here. This is the canister with wand that has the water hose from wand run directly to your faucet. Canister then holds approx. 3 gallons of dirty water with the motor in the canister top. Canister is on wheels and easily rolls behind you. End result is a machine with endless water supply and a large dirty water reserve tank. Best design you’ve had. Mine isn’t pretty, it’s got duct tape on the wand with hose clamps here and there, and I’ve made two repairs to the faucet connection with hose clamps, silicone, and zip ties…and as I write this, I’m cleaning the carpet with this 25 year old model.
- Does not do a very good job on the carpet cleaning function, doesn’t have enough suction to pull the dirt and soap from the carpet. Takes up way to much room to store the attachments. It is to heavy to drag around, the wheels are useless, handle is placed wrong, and poorly designed. Comes with a small nylon bag the won’t hold half of the additional parts. Not sure what the engineers were thinking or taking when they designed this boat anchor. We were going to donate this to the Salvation Army, but I didn’t want to make them mad, maybe we will give it to the Democratic Party as a campaign donation.
