• This pool is very sturdy but the metal pieces do rust very quickly. We have had our pool for a couple of years and it’s still going strong. We did toss the pump and upgrade to a sand pump because the original pump didn’t circulate the pool water enough to keep it clear in our crazy FL weather. It is very difficult to find replacement parts for this pool. We lost the drain attachment out in the yard when we were putting the pool together and desperately need a new one but can’t find anywhere to order the part since the Coleman website doesn’t list pools as an item they carry.
• Love this… Great deal… Great fun for the whole family.. We have had ours for 2 years and it still looks new… We live in it during the summer.. Lol
• We bought this pool at the beginning of summer, set it up and everything was great. EXCEPT trying to change the filter. The water output does not shut off so when I went to seal my lid on the pump again it created a leak that will NOT go away. I Have drained and resealed and it still leaks. I now have to invest in a new pump for next year.
• We have had the pool 2 weeks now. It was easy to set up. The hardest part was leveling the ground. This was our first pool ever purchased. So far so Good. We are enjoying it.
• My kid loves it! This pool is built very well for the price. The filter/pump is kinda small looking, but it does the job well.
• We had three people putting this up. It didn’t take very long. The cleaning net and brush are definitely cheap. I went and bought a hand and battery operated vacuum in order to actually get the debris from the bottom and the stuff floating around on top in order to actually get it cleaned.
• Pieces to the ladder were broken. I called Coleman directory, had to submit picture of broken piece, proof of purchase and side of pool. Then email to file a claim on my warranty. They mail out broken products and I have to jump thru hoops. It’s ridiculous. Not to mention waiting days to get a part needed after I’m already out $400. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
• The rust on the frame is beyond compare. This pool didn’t make it past two seasons due to the frame literally falling apart. Being frugal this winter i made a new frame out of treated lumber and solid day of hard work. I had drained and cleaned out the pool three weeks ago. Today i was going to give it a once over before refilling it, only to discover the bottom of the pool is fraying with multiple small holes in it. My intex pool lasted 5 seasons, and the liner was still good so i used it as a tarp, even to this day. Coleman products can’t make it past 2 years…total garbage: the frame, the liner, but hey i guess i still have the under powered pump…which i never used.
