• We bought this pool in July and it is great. Intex really stands by their products, the pump went out and within 3 days we received our new pump. One person commented that the side caved in they probably didn’t make sure the ground was level. My husband put treated wool under each wall support and made sure that the ground was level and we haven’t had a problem. If you can’t afford an in ground pool this pool beats the price. Walmart had a great price too.
• The installation was quick and easy. As mentioned in other reviews, it’s a must to have level ground. Great quality for the cost. We are very pleased!

• This pool has been great! My family loves it there is plenty of room for everyone. As others have said u need more than just 2 people to put it up 32×16. The instructions to me were not in detail as i would have liked especially telling you how the sides bow in until it fills up (others on the site explained that) but our local pool dealer has helped with a lot of questions and our pump system and chemicals. I can not stress enough how important it is to get ur ground level we brought in sand and do it ahead of putting ur pool up not the same day so the ground can settle( use a water sprinkler over it to set the sand good). We also used treated wood under the legs as other people recommended to do and that was a great idea so the legs don’t sink. The ladder sucks!! It holds up but Very wobbly we r building a small deck and ordered a tier step and liner for inside. Enjoy folks it’s hard work but Very relaxing in Texas summer heat!!!
• Easy to set up, don’t worry about that part. Hardest part is the ground leveling. Then you have to make sure that your pool legs are set down correctly. Make sure to put square pavers underneath those leg stands. Don’t worry about the sides leaning in as your pool is filling up, it will straighten out. This is a huge pool, so make sure and mark your area out first (where your going to set it down). You might want to leave 6, 8 or 10 feet of space all the way around it, just in case you decide to put a deck around it. Warning, this pool is so big that you’re probably going to have everyone in your neighborhood over at your house every day if not every weekend. That’s not including every single one of your relatives and all of your children’s friends. Good luck.
• I love my pool. It is long enough to do laps for exercise and I hold my water aerobics class in it. It holds all my family plus guest. We have church events and have up to 30 people in the pool at one time. I do no regret my purchase. I am surely enjoying my pool. The maintenance is not bad at all either. We buy the bucket of tablets which lasts all summer and the shock-it packets we put in weekly to maintain the water clean. Wal-Mart products dont do the job so we buy the tablets at Crown pool and shock-it at Leslies pool.
• Got this on clearance for $1200. We wanted a pool that would fit everyone. This one definitely fits the bill. Setup went fairly smoothly with 2 adults and my 12 yr old daughter. 2½ hrs. Be sure to check out some videos on-line prior to attempting it. Get a laser level or good transit. My site required 10″ of fill for a pool this size! Compact it well if this is your situation. The ladder is a joke, but it gets you in the pool. And yes the sides are going to bow in until the end. Relax.
• This pool is pretty much junk. We made sure everything was level and yet on the second day after the pool was full, 4 of the supports collapsed! The booklet says to not take it back to the store so I called the company and they said I would have to return it to the store. Really? The customer service was no help at all. The whole set up weighs more that 500 pounds and yet I have to return it to the store. I will have to load it on a trailer to return it. Ugh!
