- I put fuel in this sucker and turned it on. It heats the shop well. Fairly quiet and burns about a half gallon an hour. The tank is pretty thin so don’t drag it around.

- Used in a 2 garage for band practice over the winter. The warmth is worth the smell, but you get used to it anyway. Keep window open or garage door cracked. Gone through 5 gallons of kerosene so far with no issues. Don’t know where to get Kerosene? Check out nearby gas stations. Shell and Sunoco in my area sell it. Not sure about wawa.
- Thought this had two different heat settings but it doesn’t, does work just fine right now we’ll see how long it lasts.
- For the past several weeks I was looking for a new replacement kerosene heater for my unheated three stall garage in MN. When I saw the online sale price, for the Dyna-Glo Delux KFA80DGD heater, I immediately ordered it with a pick up at my closest Walmart store. Within 3-4 days, I was notified, it had arrived and they had it waiting for me. It fired right up, with absolutely no odor. And the adjustable thermostat maintains good temp control. It puts out more heat than I need! So far, I am most happy with it and would highly recommend it, especially at the sale price.
- I recommend everybody with a garage or shop should have one of these heaters, Kerosene is getting too expensive and this runs on diesel and it is cheaper to run and does a great job heating up to midsize areas.
- The heater is very smooth and quiet and puts out great heat. It was blowing under my extended van as I worked on the engine mounts on the 25 degree temperature, in the driveway. I stayed nice and warm and had no trouble completing the changing of both mounts.
- Have used this about 5 times for 6 hrs each time. Burns fuel REALLY fast. Fill cap sticks and difficult to open. High fume operation.
