• I got this piece recently for travel and to get through the airports easier and it will be easy to spot with the wheels . it is the perfect size for carryon as it says but you must measure from wheels to the top of bag and it still meets airline requirements . I like its size and it is expandable by 2 inches and has other numerous pockets as well . I have spoken to a united rep and told them the size and they said it meets its requirement as well as other airline reps and have brought with me to the airlines area and put it in the measurement stand and it is correct size .
• When I got the case home and measured it, the dimensions are larger than the 20x14x7.5 inches listed on the tag. It measures 23x14x8.5 inches (and that assumes you don’t put anything in the outside pockets. American Airlines’s carryon limit is 22x14x9 inches. I don’t want to risk it not checking as a carryon, so I’m going to return it. Very disappointed.
