• I purchased this wok for my wife, and so far it has been used just once. Consequently, long term reliability, etc. is still to be determined. What I can say is that my wife is very pleased with the temperature control and size of the wok. Clean up is also a breeze. For my part, I’m happy with the price, and Wal Mart’s shipping was very quick and the package was completely without damage.

• This item works alright. We bought it because there was nothing else available. Have a much better one at our residence but needed something now for here. It works well enough but the cord does not detach and could get in the way and the temperature control system is not reliable as there is no way of making certain the temperature. All in all, if you want something to use in a pinch it will do.
• I ;bought this wokk for my mother. The one she had had broke down after about 12 years of use, so a replacement was needed. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy and when I found this one, I felt it fit the bill. It arrived as expected and on time. My mom put it to use and the meal was perfect in every way. Her only problem she had with the wokk was that she had no way of telling how much temperature she was using. There seemed to be no markings on the knob or some sort of indicator. Also another small issue is that the cord and base does not separate from the unit so it is a bit difficult to clean. I’d say everything being even, it is a good wokk for an electric unit. It does work as expected and if you can get around the small problems, you’ll be just fine.
• This Wok, a Christmas present, has been used 3 times since Christmas Day. I used it for frying eggs, fried egg rolls, and made grill cheese cheese sandwiches in it. In every use, the wok has proven to be a great product and very reasonably priced.. Easy- to-clean non-stick inside surface. – just wipe with a wet paper towel. and dry with a dry paper towel.
• The metal in the wok body is thinner than I’d like, but still sturdy enough for my needs. Nonstick cooking surface cleans up very easily and the large capacity is a big plus. The highest temp gets very hot so it does sear meat and cook quickly. Worked great for hot pot meal with friends and pretty great for soup too.
• I was hoping for more from the good reviews. It’s a typical cheap wok. It will do but nothing special.
• Not as well made as my last one. It’s not as heavy but it worked fine. Cord does not detach and makes it clumsy to clean. Only 2 heat settings low and high.
• Picked it up and the leg was broken off and the wok was crooked and the lid wouldn’t fit on. Looked like someone ran over it with a fork lift.
