- This yoga mat is made of high quality materials and has a nice plush feel to it. The black carrying strap makes it easier to keep the mat rolled up and adds extra portability. The exercise mat stays in place during use, is very comfortable and has a nice thickness to it. The length serves my need well. I would recommend.

- I bought this mat to work on yoga and abs. I really like the thickness of this mat because it is soft and squishy but not too squishy. I work out barefoot and I am able to grip on the mat without sliding or needing to reposition myself. It is a good length. Easy to store and transport.
